Cabo Negro is one of Northern Morocco's most exclusive resort areas with un-spoilt beaches and deep blue seas.
The Golf & Garden development ajoins the splendid and well known Royal Cabo Negro golf course where the King himself has a luxury villa and regularly plays. Close by is the equally splendid Marina Smir, where they are constructing a leisure port which is Morocco's answer to Marbella's Puerto Banus.
Only 20 minutes away is the town of Tetouan. Founded in the 3rd centurty BC it is the cultural centre of the area specialising in weaving, leatherwork and jewellery. It is surrounded by orange, almond and pomegranate orchards with the Rif mountains nearby.
