Montenegro Inspection Visits
  
 

We do recommend that you do join us on an inspection tour. Our tours are highly professional and you will not at any time be put under any sales pressure. Our client services team will be pleased to book your flights and hotel on your behalf.

Typical Itinery:

Day 1: On your arrival in Montenegro you will be met at Tivat airport by a member of our English speaking team and chauffeur driven to your hotel where you will be given time to settle in and relax.

Day 2: You will be taken on a casual tour to acquaint yourself with the area. You will then be taken on a tour of the properties. There will be ample time for you to investigate all of the potential properties and decide which suits you best. The decision is yours; our teams are firmly instructed that you must not be put under any "sales" pressure. During your trip you will meet the full team; lawyers, sales and after sales people where any questions regarding your purchase can be answered and you’ll be given full information on the legal aspects of your purchase. This is a very simple process. In the evening you will be able to celebrate your new home, Montenegrin style!

Day 3: You will be taken to the airport to take your flight home.

The visit will last 3 days and 2 nights

NB: If you decide to purchase you will be reimbursed up to
250€ per person towards your costs








 

Please be advised that our property advisors do not pay for your meals or any costs incurred by you on the trip. All flight & hotel reservations have to be booked on your credit card as Brighthouse Overseas is not permitted to book and pay on behalf of a client.

Furthermore should the airline overbook flights or cancel then you are insured and can demand a refund/change of flights as you legally own the tickets.

Montenegro is a very popular destination and we do recommend you place a 3,000 € holding deposit prior to viewing to avoid disappointment. The holding deposit is fully refundable for a period of 21 days, unless otherwise stated.  Upon selecting the property you wish to purchase your 3,000€ holding deposit will be held and deducted from the purchase price. Alternatively, if you decide not to proceed your deposit will be refunded in full.
