Sicily Inspection Trip
Typical Itinerary:
Day 1: On your arrival in Sicily you will be met at Palmero airport by a member of our English speaking team and chauffeur driven to the Acacia hotel resort where you will be given time to settle in. You will then be taken for lunch in beautiful town of Cefalù.
Day 2: After breakfast you will be taken on a full tour of the development. There will be ample time for you to investigate all of the potential properties and decide which suits you best. The decision is yours; our teams are firmly instructed that you must not be put under any "sales" pressure. Following this you will visit the golf course. Later in the afternoon you will be left to relax at your hotel resort. In the evening you will be collected and taken for a stroll around the old town and brought to a spectacular restaurant in Cefalù.
You can have a two or 3 day inspection visit depending on your timeframe. If it is two days you will be taken for a drive in the mountains to the local ski resort, which I only 45 minutes away. Also, you can visit our lawyer’s office in Palmero to go over any legal questions you may have. Later you will be chauffeur driven to the airport to take your flight home.

The Acacia Resort Hotel in Campofelice Di Roccella is a modern and elegant resort surrounded by beautiful gardens, with direct access to the beach. This 4 star resort is on the border of Madonie Park. Its great park of 42.000 square metres and the splendid swimming pool encircled with lawns and tropical plants ensure a calm and relaxing stay.
The resort provides elegant bedrooms furnished with charm, all modern comforts and offering flowered balconies. A pleasant restaurant compliments the hotel's facilities in addition to an external snack area, a pool snack bar, a piano bar and comfortable lounges if you want to watch TV, read a book or just sip a drink.

Italy Inspection Trip
Typical Itinerary:
Day 1: On your arrival in Italy you will be met at the airport by a member of our English speaking team and chauffeur driven to the Lungomare hotel where you will be given time to settle in, relax and have a spot of lunch. You will then be taken to the old town of Brancaleone to acquaint yourself with the site and surrounding area and end the day with dinner.
Day 2: After breakfast you will be taken on a full tour of the development. There will be ample time for you to investigate all of the potential properties and decide which suits you best. The decision is yours; our teams are firmly instructed that you must not be put under any "sales" pressure. You will then be taken to Galati village for lunch and a tour of the area. Then off to the developer’s beach front head office where you will be shown all building reports and licences and given full information on the legal aspects of your purchase. In the evening after dinner you will be able to celebrate your new home!
Day 3: After breakfast you will be chauffeur driven to the airport to take your flight home.
Lungomare is a 3* hotel which costs approx 40€ per person per night. The rooms are good, clean and basic. All rooms have en-suites with showers, a safe and t.v., thus providing very good value for money. A continental breakfast is provided or cooked English on request. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. In the hotel you can find a bar, resident’s pool and a lovely restaurant which does wonderful food and there is a fantastic beach close by.

Tuscany:
On your arrival in Italy you will be met at Pisa airport by a member of our English speaking team and chauffeur driven to your hotel. For morning arrivals you will be taken on a full tour of the development. For afternoon/evening arrivals you will be taken directly to your hotel and after a good nights rest you will be taken to see the development.
There will be ample time for you to investigate all of the potential properties and decide which suits you best. The decision is yours; our teams are firmly instructed that you must not be put under any "sales" pressure.
Depending on your return flight time we will either take you to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and drop you off* OR take you direct to the airport and view the Tower on your journey.
*10 minute taxi ride from the Tower to airport
We use three family run local hotels (depending on availability). All of which are clean and basic with pleasant and helpful staff. Approx 45€ per person per night (including breakfast), thus providing very good value for money.
We can promise you a fascinating, most enjoyable tour!!!

Please be advised that your accommodation is subject to change depending on availability, also, our property advisors do not pay for your meals or any costs incurred by you on the trip.
All flight & hotel reservations have to be booked on your credit card as Brighthouse Overseas is not permitted to book and pay on behalf of a client.
Furthermore should the airline overbook flights or cancel then you are insured and can demand a refund/change of flights as you legally own the tickets.
These are very popular destinations we do recommend you place a 3,000 € holding deposit prior to viewing to avoid disappointment. The holding deposit is fully refundable for a period of 21 days, unless otherwise stated. Upon selecting the property you wish to purchase your 3,000€ holding deposit will be held and deducted from the purchase price. Alternatively, if you decide not to proceed your deposit will be refunded in full.
