Who can buy
Any investor, overseas or resident, can purchase in Italy's luxury property developments.

Leasehold or Freehold
All properties for sale with Brighthouse Overseas SL are freehold.

Mortgages
Upon completion, subject to client status mortgages can be arranged.  In some cases it can be up to 100% of loan to value.  

Payment Terms
Deposits on properties will vary from development to development and is required at the contract-signing stage.


Bank Accounts
Buyers do not need a local bank account to arrange purchases, though these can easily be arranged through Brighthouse Overseas SL banking partners.

Legal/Tax Advice

We recommend that all clients take independent tax and legal advice.

Re-sale
You can sell your property or assign your agreement to anybody. This can be done at any point throughout the build period or after.
